Brandon Hall
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Community Care Support Services, I bring over 20 years of leadership, management, community engagement, and operational experience to an organization committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.
In my role, I provide operational leadership and oversight across Maryland, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, and Georgia. I help ensure that our organization operates with consistency, professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to providing quality, person-centered care.
My responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting and developing our teams, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring organizational performance, strengthening quality and compliance efforts, and working closely with our clinical and administrative leadership. I also focus heavily on organizational growth, strategic planning, community partnerships, referral relationships, and expanding our presence into the communities that need our services most.
As Community Care Support Services continues to grow, one of my greatest responsibilities is making sure our mission grows with us. Expansion is important, but the quality of the services we provide and the people we serve will always remain at the center of what we do.
Community service has also been an important part of my life outside of Community Care Support Services. I am proud to be a founding member of the Spring Lake, North Carolina Chamber of Commerce and currently serve as a Board Member of Great Bolton Outreach Services. These opportunities have allowed me to continue supporting community development, strengthening partnerships, and helping organizations create a greater impact.
I strongly believe leadership extends beyond a title or an office. True leadership is about serving others, creating opportunities, developing people, strengthening communities, and leaving things better than you found them.
When I’m not working, I enjoy giving back by volunteering with several nonprofit organizations. I also enjoy traveling and, most importantly, spending quality time with my wife, children, and family. Family and community are at the heart of who I am and continue to influence the way I approach both leadership and service.
With more than two decades of experience, my goal is not simply to manage an organization. My goal is to build strong teams, develop sustainable systems, create meaningful partnerships, expand access to care, and help position Community Care Support Services for long-term success.
I’m excited about what we are building and even more excited about the lives and communities we will have the opportunity to impact along the way.
